The City of Annandale is offering a New Construction Incentive Program that includes a reduced sewer and water access charge (SAC/WAC) for the construction of a new home.
It's an extensive savings of $6,900! There are a total of 10 available units on a first come, first serve basis. All permits must be submitted prior to December 31st, 2016. The home must have a minimum value of $190,000, not including the lot.
