Gary Dagner - Realtor®, GRI

Gary has been with Oak Realty for 13 years, and has lived in the Annandale area for 30 years. He followed his father’s footsteps into the appraisal business with Dagner & Associates in 1988 and also into real estate with Oak Realty in 1997.

An Annandale High School graduate, Gary attended school in Iowa and later worked in the golf industries of the Annandale area and Phoenix, Arizona, where he says he gained experience working with people in a professional and respectful manner.

Currently a partner/owner of Dagner & Associates Appraisal Service in Annandale, Gary has unique knowledge of local real estate by observing both the active and sold sides of the market. He strives to make the experience of buying and selling less stressful by focusing on helping clients make decisions that “bring them to a happier place.”

Gary and his wife Hollie reside in Clearwater with their 3 children. He is an avid golfer, and enjoys gardening and vacationing in his spare time.
