Jeffery Wenngatz - Realtor®

An Annandale native, Jeff grew up on Granite Lake where his parents still reside. He left the area to pursue and receive a Business Degree from the University of Minnesota – Duluth. He later worked for SimonDelivers.com in sales, management and finance before joining Best Buy Corporation where he currently works in the areas of finance, inventory management and marketing.

Jeff’s lifetime roots here have kept him connected and interested in the happenings of his hometown. He is knowledgeable of the area and appreciates the best of what Annandale has to offer in its beautiful lakes, area golf courses and thriving downtown.

Jeff joined the sales staff at Oak Realty in July 2007, anxious to get involved in real estate and developing. He brings a strong work ethic and fresh motivation to the Oak Realty Team, and looks forward to helping people find that perfect place to “hang their hat.”
