Steve, owner/broker of Oak Realty, joined his father in the family business in 1986. In 2000, he took over the company and today is the backbone of what he says is the “best team of Realtors® around.” He says Oak separates itself from others by an unmatched strength in niche marketing. “We have a limited number of agents that are specialists in an area they truly love, many have spent most or all of their lives living in the Greater Annandale Area.”
A lifetime resident of the Hasty, Silver Creek, Monticello, Maple Lake and Annandale areas, Dean's career background has spanned a variety of positions in real estate sales, land and business development. He has owned a number of small businesses and also three real estate companies. Dean has extensive experience as a real estate agent and got his Broker's license in 1992. Before joining Oak Realty as an Associate Broker, he owned and operated Lake Country Properties and Real Estate in Maple Lake, Emily and Outing.
Gary has been with Oak Realty for 19 years, and has lived in the Annandale area for 40 years. He followed his father's footsteps into the real estate and appraisal business with Dagner & Associates in 1988 and also with Oak Realty in 1997. No other agent, besides Steve, has been with Oak Realty as long.
Mike has lived in Annandale longer (since 1960), and on more area lakes, than any other person in our office. His family roots run deep, beginning just after the Civil War when his great-grandfather homesteaded land in the French Lake area. His family worked in various local trades including farming, construction, and bar & restaurant establishments. His father opened and operated Annandale's first coin-operated Laundromat.
Tom and his family moved to Annandale 25 years ago to return to the midwest way of life. He grew up in La Crosse, Wisconsin and earned a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. For over 30 years he worked in the Information Systems field, in La Crosse, San Antonio, Dallas, and in Annandale.
Oak Realty welcomed Carla to their sales team in April of 2007. Carla has been a resident of the Annandale area since 1987 having lived in parts of California and North Dakota before settling in the French Lake countryside where she and her husband, a lifelong resident of the area, raised two sons, Jake and Philip.
Tiffini grew up in Maple Lake. She attended Concordia College - Moorhead where she completed a degree in Business with a minor in Office Administration. She worked with a financial advisor prior to nearly ten years in the mortgage lending field, during which she also worked for Lake Country Properties in Maple Lake. Tiffini joined the growing staff at Oak Realty in 2007, continuing to assist buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.
Amy joined Oak Realty in the Spring of 2009. Raised on Lake Sylvia, Amy has been living in the metro area for 7 years, but plans to get back to Annandale, and the joys of small town living, permanently.
Hollie is a lifelong resident of Clearwater and graduated from Annandale High School. Gary and Hollie built their home off the family farm to raise their three children Josh, Siera and Hogan.
A native of Becker, MN, Jenna is excited about the experience she has gained since starting with Oak Realty in 2012. She is a 2008 graduate of University of Wisconsin-Stout where she received a degree in Retail Merchandising & Management along with a minor in Business. Before getting in to Real Estate Jenna gained a great amount of experience in sales, marketing, and management, creating her biggest passion of working with and helping others.
Corey joined Oak Realty in the Summer of 2013. With 10+ years spent working in customer service, Corey enjoys working in the community he lives in, helping current and future residents with their real estate needs. Listening to and educating his clients, exceeding their expectations, and being accountable for what he says, are incredibly important to his work.
Angie joined Oak Realty in its Annandale Office in June of 2009. She grew up in Annandale on Clearwater Lake and is now raising her family in her hometown she loves dearly and the place her family has called home their entire lives.
