I was driving around one fall snooping around for deer when I came across property south of Clearwater. The Oak Realty sign was there with Gary Dagner’s name and number on it. I immediately called to get the scoop on the property details. It was a Sunday and to my surprise Gary answered the phone. Understandably I work about every day, so I could appreciate him answering. We did end up making a deal on the property, and Gary supported us in arranging financing to make the purchase we were looking for.
Since the first encounter, Gary has helped us search for a home as an investment property for our parents in addition to supporting a commercial lot purchase.
