On Thursday November 5, 2015 we completed our third real estate transaction in Minnesota with Steve Bruggeman, Broker, Realtor, at Oak Realty in Annandale, Minnesota. As both buyers and sellers we found Steve to be very, knowledgeable and helpful when we were looking for a ‘second home’ in Annandale in 2008. Since we live 400 miles from Annandale it was reassuring to have someone we could trust to guide us through the purchase (and in 2011 the sale) of this home.
