We recently worked with Jenna Potter on the purchase of a lake cabin in Annandale. We were ‘lake property virgins’ when we started our search. Jenna was helpful in educating us about the lakes in the Annandale area as well as nuances of lake property ownership. She was very patient with us as we looked at a wide variety of lake properties in order to hone in on what we wanted. Once we knew what we wanted, Jenna was very proactive in keeping us appraised of new listings or price reductions that met our criteria. She was very professional and friendly throughout the process, with excellent organizational and follow-through skills – I so appreciated that she always returned my e-mails or calls promptly. Most importantly, Jenna helped us close the deal on a lake cabin on Sugar Lake. We can’t wait to enjoy the cabin this summer with family and friends. We hope Jenna will stop in and visit us when she is in the area – she is like part of our family now!
